Hypnosis Misconceptions…
People ask “can you get stuck in hypnosis?”
No one in 5000 years has ever been stuck in hypnosis, so please do not worry about that. It just won’t happen.
People ask “will I be made to tell all my secrets?”
If you are not going to tell me consciously then you are not going to tell me subconsciously. Even under hypnosis, you are still in control of what you do and don’t say.
People ask “will you make me do things that I don’t want to do?”
They are thinking of hypnotic stage shows. Stage shows are consent based and the type of hypnotherapy I will be doing does not involve doing anything you do not want to.
